What are the problems with the bridge?

Second, there will be problems: the inside of the bridge is short-circuited. This kind of fault is usually caused by the low quality of the cable, and there is no trace on the outside;

Thirdly, it may be that the entire cable is blown or the cable is blown somewhere, which makes the cable damaged in the fault;

Fourth, there may be a problem that there is only one short circuit in the bridge, and the cable damage in the fault area is light, but there will still be obvious traces.

This type of problem may be caused by too much current or poor cable quality.

 

Maintenance of the bridge

2. The friction between the slider of the bridge equipment and the guide rail is frequent. Correct adjustments should be made to check the lubrication quality and piping of the joint parts to ensure good operation.

3. Regularly lubricate the gear parts of the bridge equipment: the gear transmission box and internal parts are more likely to be damaged due to frequent operation, and the possibility of loosening is greater. When noise occurs in these areas, it can be lubricated first, and then according to the vibration situation, check the oil discharge amount and pressure test between the system and make appropriate adjustments.
